SARAHOccupational Therapist in Mental Health

Holder of a master’s degree in occupational therapy from the Université de Sherbrooke, but I have also benefited from a wide range of work experience in research, CLSCs, and private clinics. I was even a lecturer for the pain assessment microprogram at the Université de Sherbrooke.

I am interested in working with adult clients who are dealing with mental health and pain management problems. Through my interventions, I promote occupational balance and healthy lifestyle habits as well as prioritize building a therapeutic alliance with my clients to help them achieve their goals.

I work with companies to facilitate mental health prevention and to provide vocational rehabilitation for adults dealing with physical, cognitive, and affective issues. I also provide consultation services to older adults and their loved ones to help them improve their independence and safety while at home.

    Fields of Practice:

    Adult mental and physical health.
