                  Payment for the workshops is made by phone at 450-687-7854 and press “0” and mention to the receptionist that you wish to pay for the workshops. Following this call, a registration form will be sent to you by email and will have to be signed.<\/p>\n

                    Payment can be made in 1 or 2 instalments (50% of the amount of the chosen workshop). Registration is confirmed upon receipt of the form and payment.<\/p>\n

                    **An occupational therapy receipt will be emailed to you at the end of the workshops.<\/p>\n

                    Cancellation policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n

                    In case of cancellation of registration more than 3 full weeks (21 days) prior to the first class date of the workshop, 100% of the fee will be refunded.<\/p>\n

                    For late cancellations, less than 3 weeks (20 days) prior to the first class date of the workshop, you will be charged the full cost of the workshop.<\/p>\n
