Holder of a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the Université de Montréal, I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing mental health challenges, particularly those with anxious personalities and people living with chronic pain. My strong interest in mental health stems from a deep curiosity about non-pharmacological approaches to anxiety management. This desire to learn led me to complete a master’s project on the mental health care pathway in Quebec, paving the way for my current practice.
Trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) in occupational therapy, I integrate strategies centered on mindfulness and personal values to promote self-management and autonomy. My approach is distinguished by my creativity, my energy—fueled by a passion for sports—and an open, compassionate mindset.
AREAS OF PRACTICE:
I primarily support individuals living with mental health challenges, particularly those with anxious personalities and people suffering from chronic pain. I integrate the ACT approach as well as mindfulness- and values-based strategies to foster self-management, autonomy, and overall well-being.
