Personal training

Following an injury, persistent pain, a mental health condition, fatigue, loss of interest or a sedentary lifestyle, personal training is recommended to accelerate recovery in combination with the various physical and mental health rehabilitation plans offered by Aptitude Ergo.

In general, no medical prescription is required to benefit from a personal training service offered in the gym and/or pool by an occupational therapist, physical therapist (PT) or a kinesiologist. A designated professional will assess your physical condition and establish a personalized program based on your functional difficulties and limitations according to your needs, goals and interests. Our first-class facilities enable sessions to be carried out in the gym or in a swimming pool.
