Holder of a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the Université de Montréal, as well as a major in Psychology, I have had the privilege of gaining experience at the Douglas Mental Health University Institute, working with clients presenting a wide range of mental health conditions. I have also worked with individuals experiencing musculoskeletal disorders and chronic pain.
I have completed several trainings and integrated various approaches focused on health promotion and mental health intervention to support or facilitate a return to a balanced and meaningful life.
In short, I strongly believe in the superpower of our choices and meaningful occupations to maximize well-being in daily life and at work.
