Holding a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from McGill University since 2003 and being bilingual, I had the opportunity to practice in hospital psychiatry for 6 years on an interdisciplinary team before moving into physical and mental health in the private sector.
My passion being mental health, I now work almost exclusively in the context of workplace prevention, activation, desensitization and reintegration programs for people with various mental health difficulties and challenges (e.g. persistent pain, ASD, GAD, PDA, PTSD, mood disorder, cognitive disorder, etc.).
I work with companies in the framework of preventive approaches in mental health as well as in occupational rehabilitation in evaluation, activation and professional reintegration programs for adults facing problems on the physical, cognitive and psychological level.
AREAS OF PRACTICE:
Mental and physical health in adults.
