Welcome Message (Arrival of Myriam Antoun as General Director of Aptitude Ergo)

We are pleased to announce that, as of July 1st, we have welcomed a new member to our team.

Please join us in welcoming Myriam Antoun, who has taken on the role of General Director of Aptitude Ergo as well as Occupational Therapist.

After nearly two years overseeing the operations of a renowned orthopedic center in Montreal, Myriam has returned to our organization with an impressive background in management, human resources, and finance. Having already spent more than seven years with us as an occupational therapist and clinical coordinator, her new skills now complement over 20 years of experience in workplace prevention and rehabilitation.

With her compassionate leadership, reassuring calm, and ability to bring teams together, Myriam continues to elevate the quality and scope of our services. In addition to her management role, she remains dedicated to our clients, carrying out certain mandates in mental health occupational therapy and providing clinical leadership for our team of professionals and administrative staff.

We would also like to recognize the outstanding work of Marc Jodoin, labour law attorney, who successfully served as General Director and stepped down from the position in July. He continues to collaborate with our organization as a consultant. Visionary and committed, Marc has helped renew and strengthen our organization, making it more agile and ready for new challenges. We extend our sincere gratitude and wish him much success in his future endeavors.
