Ergonomist

Your role will be to evaluate different workstations in a variety of situations:

  • Analysing the work requirements in relation to the functional limitations of a worker with an injury (e.g.: files referred by the CNESST or employer).
  • Ergonomic evaluation of a position, department or other, with the aim of designing, developing or modifying the work environment.
  • In-company training for a group of workers, managers or others.
  • Therapeutic follow-up in the workplace during reintegration.

 

The skills required are :

  • DESS or Master’s degree in ergonomics; Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (essential).
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in job evaluation for the CNESST.
  • Bilingualism an asset or functional English.
  • Dynamic, resourceful, rigorous person with good analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer tools for writing.
  • Possess a car and a valid driving licence.
