Physical health occupational therapist, 1st and 2nd line

Tasks :

  • Evaluate and implement programs to develop functional work capacities in physical health (1st and 2nd line, CNESST, SAAQ, insurers and employers).
  • Work capacity assessment (WCA) and plan to facilitate reintegration into the workplace.
  • Follow-up in clinic and in employment to achieve a sustainable return to productive life.
  • Interest and skills in job evaluation and/or follow-up therapy in clinic and workplace.
  • Build collaborative therapeutic return to work plans.

 

Requirements :

  • A terminal university degree in occupational therapy.
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec or to become.
  • Experience in work rehabilitation.
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, active listening and teamwork skills.
  • Functional English or a second functional language is an asset.
  • Possession of a car is an asset.
